He has been training for over 4 years having helped countless clients reach and exceed their health and fitness goals. My Story

I've always loved working out and being active! My initial thoughts on getting into the health and fitness industry came when I first started working out. I saw changes and progressions in my body like crazy and was immediately intrigued! The more I read and researched the more I realized how amazing the human body was and what it was truly capable of! I've always wanted to help people and I knew this was my opportunity. Everyone deserves to be happy and healthy and unfortunately there's a jungle of information out there that weeding through can be near impossible. I decided I wanted to make healthier, happier living more easily attainable. So, I set out on a journey to  provide people with the right knowledge and the most efficient programming to succeed in whatever their health and fitness goals are!


Recently, however, my life was turned upside down when I was involved in a natural gas explosion that burned over 40% of my body. I spent 18 days in the hospital, almost died three times and had to have my entire right hand and arm grafted. That was on June 27th, 2016 and I made it a point in my life not to give up. To fight through the pain and overcome all odds. To show, not only, myself that I could do it but to show clients and those around me what was possible. What the human body is truly capapable of achieving if given the chance. If I can make a complete 100% recovery in less than 8 months then imagine where you could be in three! And yes, that is a current picture.  Now, no more excuses.  Let's get you started today!
